How it works
Each facial is selected for the condition of your skin on the day. We work with professional ranges from Klapp, Babor, Medik8, Sothys, SkinCeuticals, Faith and WishPro, with options centred on cleansing and hydration, calming, brightening or renewal.
Appointments run for 45, 60 or 75 minutes and follow a measured sequence: cleansing, exfoliation and extraction only where the skin needs it, massage, a treatment mask and finishing serums. The Lymphatic Drainage Facial pairs a hydrating facial with drainage massage and Healite II LED light. Our team has spent more than 6,000 hours on facial treatments.

LED light therapy to calm the skin and support recovery.
Healite II is a low-level light therapy (LED) system. Different wavelengths are chosen for different goals: near-infrared and yellow light to support recovery and rejuvenation, and blue light for active acne.
Sessions are comfortable and non-invasive, and are often added after a laser treatment or facial to calm the skin.
Your visit
We look at your skin, ask how it has been behaving and what you would like from the visit, then confirm the range and focus.
A thorough cleanse, followed by steam, exfoliation and gentle extraction where your skin calls for them.
Massage, a treatment mask and targeted serums, with any add-ons such as LED light or eye-area care folded into the session.
We finish with moisturiser and sunscreen and suggest simple home care. Keep skin hydrated and protected from the sun in the days that follow.
Pricing
Not sure which to choose? Your therapist can recommend a facial and any add-ons at the start of your appointment. A $50 deposit secures your appointment and comes off your treatment on the day.

Questions
Cleansing and hydrating facials suit most skin. Calming options from Medik8, SkinCeuticals and Faith are gentler on sensitive skin, Faith and Sothys offer brightening, and the Klapp Phyto Stem Cell facial focuses on renewal. If you are unsure, book by time and your therapist will guide you.
Facials can be repeated as often as every two weeks. Your therapist will suggest a rhythm that suits your skin, your goals and any other treatments you are having.
You can add Healite II LED light therapy, an eye-area treatment with massage, infusion and mask, a 15-minute massage, a head massage, or a soothing and calming treatment with LED after other skin procedures.
Please let us know if you are pregnant, have an active skin infection or cold sore, broken or sunburnt skin, a skin condition such as eczema or rosacea, or have recently had a facial procedure. We will advise on timing or adjust the facial to suit.
