What we collect

Your contact details, appointment history, payment records, and the health and skin information you share with us so we can treat you safely. With your consent, we may take treatment photos to track your progress.

How we use it

To provide and plan your treatments, manage bookings and payments, send appointment reminders, and, if you agree, tell you about offers. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

Where it is stored

Bookings and client records are held in our booking system, MyBookings, which processes them on our behalf. MyBookings may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Its privacy policy is at mybk.ai/privacy.

Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the clinic, or where the law requires it.

Access and contact

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing info@abacosmetic.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
