Membership terms

Tiers and discounts

Silver ($3,000), Gold ($5,000), Platinum ($10,000) and Diamond ($20,000) memberships receive 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% off treatments respectively, and 10% off products. Discounts have no time limit.

Validity and top-ups

A membership stays active while it holds a balance and ends automatically when the balance reaches zero. Topping up at least $2,000 when your balance is low keeps your tier.

Your tier is upgraded automatically from your next visit once your cumulative spend reaches the next level. You can also top up to the next tier at any time. Upgraded discounts apply to new purchases only.

Birthday offers

Within one month of your birthday: two services in the same visit at 40% off the standard price (excluding cosmetic tattoo, Ultherapy and pigment reduction), and three skincare products at 30% off. Unused birthday offers lapse after one month.

Family use

Family members may use your membership with your permission; we may ask for confirmation. Memberships cannot be used by people outside your family.

Withdrawing your balance

You can close your membership and withdraw the remaining balance, less a $200 membership management fee. Refunds are paid to your nominated bank account within two business days. In special circumstances you can ask us in writing to waive the fee.

Ending a membership

We may end a membership without refunding the balance if a member misses more than five appointments without reason, behaves abusively or maliciously towards our team or business, or is found by police to have committed a crime.

Bonuses and prices

Bonus items and gifted treatments cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Prices may change in line with costs or CPI; we give one month’s notice of any change.
